Are you a curious problem-solver with a passion for designing better experiences for both people and planet?

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Service Designer, to strengthen our multidisciplinary team of industrial, interaction, digital and user experience -designers in Oslo.

Would you like to…?

• Facilitate and work both independently and in teams in exciting projects. Investigating and developing everything from digital platforms, human interactions, physical environments to structural policies in both private and public sector
• Dive into the core of business innovation, redefining our clients offerings, support their organisational transformations and create value that serves both people and planet
• Get the opportunity to create real societal change when working collaboratively (=samskapende) in the complex landscapes of public sector
• Contribute to shaping and developing service design as a discipline internally. By supporting sales activities and develop methodology and tools both within Designit Oslo and globally
• Be able to push boundaries, get challenged and get a chance to grow in a unique team of dedicated and talented designers.

We would like you to…

• Be a skilled professional with 2+ years working experience in the field of service design, preferably in an agency working across different industries
• Have a Bachelors- and/or Masters degree in Design, with Service/UX design specialisation or similar education or experience
• Know the common service design tools, methods and processes by heart, but always adapts to the need and context
• Have the ability and experience with planning, scoping and facilitating different qualitative user research activities, as well as structuring and analysing bigger amounts of insights.
• A great communicator, able to convey insights and concepts engagingly and create a shared understanding across diverse teams, mindful of the impact you have on others
• A creative problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary and the drive to bring them to life
• Be located, or able to relocate without sponsorship, to our design studio in Oslo.

• Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language: our working languages are English and Norwegian.
