Service Designer

Description

Husbanken wants to hire a service designer with relevant expertise and experience for the assignment.   

Main tasks

• Design sprint: prepare and facilitate the process
• Documenting findings: mainly in written form, possibly sketching concept proposals  

Desired competence

• Process management/facilitation
• Writing skills 
• Visualization  

Education

Relevant education at higher level – minimum BSc.

Experience

Experience in the following areas is an advantage  

• Housing and the housing market
• Experience with challenges in the district
• Experience from the public sector  

Personal characteristics

Personal suitability will be given great importance. The person is committed to improving public services. The person must be clear in their management of the process within the limited time frame. The person must have good communication skills; both during the sprint and in writing when the result is to be documented.
