Service Designer

The Business Services Department and Owner, and associated product area, is responsible for the services we deliver to our 1,300 member businesses. The employees at the businesses work with payroll, HR and finance, among other things. The department/product area wants to gain a better understanding of the businesses’ needs, so that they can set the right goals and ambitions. An experienced service designer is needed for this work.

The consultant’s main responsibilities include planning and leading the mapping work in close collaboration with product area management according to good design methodology. The first step will be to familiarize yourself with existing insights, uncovering areas where more insight is needed. Responsibility for visualization and communication of findings. The role requires the ability to work both at a senior level – in dialogue with management on direction and priorities – and operationally together with product teams.

The call is within the areas of expertise “Usage quality and service design”.

The consultant is expected to provide training and share expertise with others in the product area.

The consultant shall follow the working methodology and delivery methods of SPK. The consultant is expected to be independent in carrying out his contribution and tasks, as well as providing clear status and sharing his results with the team and the management around the team. SPK reserves the right to check the work results, continuously during the work and/or when the work is completed.
