UX/Service Designer

Haugaland Kraft is digitizing like never before and is looking for a UX designer with solid expertise in interaction and service design. Your responsibility will be to design products and services that take care of sustainable solutions, users’ needs, the company’s brand and business models. In addition, you will work with customer journeys, segmentation, customer data analysis and visualization.

You must be able to familiarize yourself with business goals and user needs, and then turn complex business processes into customer-oriented solutions. Your approach to creating relevant and engaging services is analytical and steeped in user-centred design methodology.

Together with several UX/service designers, developers, process managers, business people, customer communication, call center and digital marketers, you will work in an autonomous team with a focus on product and service development, new business areas, innovation and digitalisation.

This job is perfect for you if you:

• Has higher education in interaction design, product design, industrial design or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
• Has solid expertise in interaction design, prototyping, concept development, service design, strategy, user insight and user testing
• Has experience in running inclusive design processes and sketching as well as communicating solution proposals to all types of stakeholders
