Service Designer

The service designer will primarily contribute with the following:

• Visualize the development processes in the project
• Tasks related to prototyping and testing in the development teams
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and follow-up work
• Participate in development team meetings
• Develop materials for presentations about the project.
• Map current work processes, and develop and test new ones
• Other tasks must be expected

• Bachelor in Service Design
• Experience from Nav and the municipality
• Experience from insight work
• Experience with planning, facilitating and following up on workshops
• Experience with idea generation and prototype testing
• Good digital skills, competent user of Figma and Miro, including in collaboration with others

• Curious and eager to learn
• Good collaboration skills
• Structured and efficient, and executes with quality
• Service-minded and able to work under pressure
• Interested in, and ability to understand the complexity of development work
• Ability to familiarize yourself with all aspects of developing services in Nav offices; legal, technical and organizational
