Service Designer

Job description

We are looking for a service designer with 2-5 years’ experience for a full-time position at our office in Trondheim. As a service designer at PwC Consulting, you will work with various local and national clients on the most exciting and important projects the clients are working on. Our assignments are often interdisciplinary, where we e.g. can work on service design together with strategy, technology, organizational development or service development.

Qualifications

• Skills in service design and design thinking
• Experience with gathering user insights through various methods
• Experience in facilitating workshops, preferably in all phases of projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Preferably with relevant education in design, but this is not a requirement
