Senior Service Designer

We are looking for an experienced service designer for our consulting environment in Drammen. BDO has a strong professional environment with 40 employees in user experience and design. As our new service designer, you will work closely with other senior service designers and with our developers. You want your own customer portfolio and be responsible for your own projects. We look for you who thrive in contact and dialogue with customers, and you who like to be in dialogue with both customers, end users and developers.

As a service designer with us, you will have a completely unique opportunity to develop both yourself and others, as well as explore and further develop concepts and solutions that help many of our 45,000 customers to succeed. Our job is to see opportunities through the use of new technology and creative ideas, so that our customers can concentrate on doing what they are good at.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• You have extensive experience in service design, interaction design and solution architecture on the web
• Relevant higher education
• You have a strong communication ability with the customer’s needs in focus
• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
