Senior Service Designers

We’re looking for experienced and curious service designers who love the creative moments where you understand the customer’s needs and shape them into valuable services. You are not a stranger to diving in and getting your hands dirty while working with change and organizational implementation of the services you make.

To be a good fit for the role, we believe that you:

• Know how to engage clients and inspire others around you

• Have solid design methodology as a foundation

• Know classic service design methods

• Are skilled at people-centered innovation methods such as user insight, workshop facilitation, and co-creative processes

• Are familiar with business-centered innovation methods, such as business model development

• Are interested in handling client relationships, initiating and leading new projects

• Have visual communication skills such as sketching and visual process documentation

• Are fluent in a Scandinavian language

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a creative and cross-disciplinary environment placed in the heart of Stavanger. As a service designer in EGGS, you will take on several roles, including:

• Facilitating workshops, insight- and design processes

• Communicating findings and results in visual and engaging deliverables

• Working with the craftsmanship of design, creating strategic guidelines, complex insight mappings, and holistic service journeys

• Working with clients such as Stavanger University Hospital, Stavanger Municipality, Laerdal, Aker BP, Equinor, and Kolumbus

• Working on cross-habitat projects together with colleagues in Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, and Copenhagen
