Senior Service & UX Designer

You will:

• Be a part of a growing Design Team and work closely with domain experts and developers;
• Further develop our solutions User Experience that will help us strengthen the satisfaction of our customers and users;
• Apply research methods that will help the team understand customers, their needs and problems;
• Interview users and perform user observations;
• Translate your findings into deliverables such as customer journeys, personas, user stories, research reports and prototypes.

You are:

• An experienced Service & UX Designer who thrives on simplifying complexity and have the ability to navigate between the big picture and concrete plans;
• Well-structured and able to manage your own workload on a daily basis;
• Experienced in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and able to use this insight to prioritize tasks and improve the User Experience;
• Curious and interested in new methodologies, market trends and SaaS;
• Empathetic and a team player, who is not afraid to raise your own point of view, but who is also willing to learn from others.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in developing user experiences for digital solutions;
• Minimum Bachelor in relevant area (Design, User Experience, Service Design, Multimedia or similar);
• You have knowledge in different Design methodologies and are not afraid to use them with cross-functional teams;
• Good communication skills with multi-cultured teams;
• Great language skills (both written and oral) in English and Norwegian (preferably).
