Senior UX / Service Designer

About the position:
Are you passionate about good user experiences in general and in digital channels in particular? Are you convinced that a good user experience will be crucial for the success of businesses in the future? We are looking for a new colleague in the Strategic Development department, who will understand the users and design solutions that provide high user satisfaction.
We need you who have:
- Experience from digital service development, user design, and digital self-service solutions
- Collaborates well with people who have a different professional background than you
- Solid understanding of how digital channels contribute to value creation
- Insight into digital trends and platforms
- Experience in conducting both analog and digital user tests, and making data-driven decisions
- We would like you to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Typical work tasks will include be:
- Responsibility for the bank’s digital design system and compliance with WCAG requirements
- Plan and carry out insight and analysis work
- Prepare sketches, prototypes, and customer journeys
- Participate in the development and implementation of new solutions and the improvement of existing ones
Personal characteristics:
- Want to solve problems and be curious
- Proactive and analytical
- A good team player, but who also likes to dive into the details on his own
- Good at coordinating and collaborating with both colleagues and external suppliers
- Good communication skills
