Service Designer

We are looking for skilled designers for our customer assignments. Bergen will be your office, but with remote work we can work with customers all over the country.

We are looking for a dedicated service designer who loves to convey design expertise.

Sans is now expanding its course and competence section and we are looking for an experienced designer who can help us on this journey. We work with several large customers in regions such as Bergen, Oslo and Lofoten. We hold courses in Design Thinking and Service Design, from smaller digital courses, to larger competence modules across several collections.

We train from home office and we travel to customers. Physically, our courses are conducted mainly in Bergen, Oslo and Lofoten. In other words, we are looking for a travel-loving designer.

Our courses are practical-pedagogical and we are keen to convey design expertise in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

We want you as strong in methods and tools and at the same time a driving skilled communicator. You are an experienced designer who dares to take the lead for the implementation of courses, including planning and design of teaching programs, as well as facilitation and teaching.

In addition to courses, you will of course also work on projects both independently and with teams from the Karabin group. We work with customers in all industries, and do everything from short insight projects to more comprehensive design and innovation projects where we lead the entire process from beginning to end.
