Service Designer

PwC Oslo is looking for more service designers for the Tjenesteinnovasjon & Design team . There you will find the country’s most experienced design team, which has been central in establishing service design as a field in Norway. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on some of the most complex societal challenges and on exciting development projects across industries and sectors, in a diversity of professional expertise. You will also receive systematic follow-up in your own personal and professional development.

You will be part of a team with great variety in background and experience, whose common goal is to solve complex design problems. PwC’s approach is that the most important challenges are best solved through interdisciplinary collaboration. That is why designers, technologists, social scientists, economists and lawyers work together to find the best possible solutions for our customers, and for society.

As part of our service design team, you must master all phases of the design process from insight to implementation. You must also be able to contribute to creating new opportunities through sales and contribute to developing us as a professional environment. It is important for us that everyone on the team meets colleagues, customers and users with openness, consideration and a good mood.

You have probably worked as a service designer or with UX, interaction design, product design or graphic design. We believe you have education and experience from areas such as design, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology development or psychology. You are welcome to bring with you a few years’ experience from digital agencies or other consulting firms. It is also desirable that you have a good knowledge of prototyping and system-oriented design.
