Service Designer

Experis Ciber wants to strengthen our environment in service design with 1-2 Senior Consultants

With us, you can work as a service designer in our own delivery projects and in small consulting teams in assignments on the customer side. You will collaborate with a solid competence environment within UX, functional consulting and architecture, in addition to a large developer environment. We use service design techniques in insight work and conceptualization of design in development projects, in product development assignments and development of service solutions. Many of us also use service design techniques in concept assessment and analysis work, needs mapping and goal specification in assignments related to digitalisation challenges in the private and public sector.

You have 3-4 years of experience as a service designer with the right education at the bottom. Alternatively, you have been “retrained” from another professional background and in recent years have been sold to projects as a service designer. You may have experience from the consulting industry, but this is not a “must”. In any case, you are well reflected on what an everyday life as a consultant will entail and are motivated to go in this direction.
