Service Designer

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a trained Service Designer eager to take on important challenges within user-centric transformation, health, welfare, or sustainable greener industries. To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

• Have recently graduated or have up to 4 years of work experience

• Maybe have specialized in system-oriented design, universal design, service economy, or in-service prototyping.

• Thrive as a team player, in teams with digital designers, brand designers, and creative technologists

• You speak and write at least one Scandinavian language fluently – preferably Norwegian.

• You’re good at – and enjoy – self-management and autonomy

What will you be doing?

As a Service Designer in EGGS, you follow classical service design work over various touchpoints: digital design, product design, experience design, and brand design. We support learning journeys and change-processes in our client’s organizations and work closely with other design and tech-disciplines. In this position, you will take on several roles:

• You will facilitate workshops, insight-and design process

• You will master methodology choices and various design methods and processes

• You will communicate findings and results in visual and engaging deliverables

• You will develop clever concepts, prototypes, and tests, at every stage of the process

• You will work with the craftsmanship of design, creating strategic guidelines, complex insight mappings, and holistic service journeys

• You will be working with important local and international client
