Service Designer

All phases in the design process – from defining what the challenge is, to insight, development, testing and implementation.

To gain qualitative insight through, among other things, in-depth interviews and workshops to identify needs, establish common understanding and co-create new solutions.

Interdisciplinary teamwork, but you must also be able to take responsibility for your own deliveries.

Several projects in parallel, all of which will deliver valuable results to the customer.

Finding systems and connections in complex and complex issues.

To translate insights into valuable solutions, user testing and adjusting.

Written and oral communication of process and results to customers and partners.

Has higher education in service design or other relevant education and a few years of experience as a service designer.

Has good Norwegian skills, both written and oral.

Is steady in using visualizations both as a tool and as a delivery.

Is open and curious about various disciplines, topics, sectors and challenges in society.
