Service Designer

What are we looking for?

In Atlantic City we are a family that always seeks to improve ourselves to surprise our guests. Our Service Designer participates in the evaluation, design and redesign of processes and services that directly impact our user’s experience.

What will your day to day be like?

• Lead, define, and supervise the use and execution of various design tools for the journey of our guests (digital and in-person) and our collaborators, identifying points of interaction and detecting opportunities for improvements to achieve omnichannel in both services.
• Propose, implement and accompany in the use of research, development and testing methodologies consistent with current needs, in order to know the profile of our guests and facilitate actions for the various processes executed by our collaborators.
• Carry out benchmarks of the digital and physical service, with the aim of detecting opportunities to improve competition which we can apply in the business.
• Participate in the validation of the services provided to guests and thus be able to obtain information from users (guests and collaborators), identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses and generating projects based on the results obtained.

What are we looking for in you?

• Studies in Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Service Design or Innovation (certification not essential)
• Graduated in Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in research in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint, Behavioraldesign, service design)
• Experience developing Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps
• Experience leading teams
