Do you already know what we Junior Service Designers do at BCP?

• We are responsible for carrying out all initiatives related to service design that the laboratory requires.

Our main responsibilities are:

• Research: development of interview guides, execution of interviews, analysis/fieldwork (observation, guerrilla interviews).
• Presenting results: supporting your findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
• Design and facilitation of workshops: prioritization, ideation, depending on what the challenge requires.
• Design and execution of experiments: to validate/discard hypotheses raised in the research phase.
• Bench marking / trend review / meta-analysis (from research).

You should apply for this role only if…

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Communications, etc.
• You have at least 6 years of experience in service design (or, secondly, any other design discipline)
• You have experience with Miro or other collaborative tools
• You have intermediate level experience with Excel.
• You have experience in PPT, Keynote
