What do we expect from you?

The senior SXD must lead the mapping of stakeholders, the end-to-end mapping of processes in the bank, the detection of opportunities and barriers to apply these new technologies (through research or prototypes).

Requirements:

*Bachelor of Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers.

*Have 4-5 years of experience in:

• High experience in Service Design: mapping of end-to-end processes (back and front), alignment with stakeholders and mapping of the corporate ecosystem. Tools: blueprints, journeys, ecosystem maps.
• High experience in Research: design and execution of qualitative research in exploratory / generative and validatory projects. Tools: in-depth interviews, shadowing, in-home visits, ethnographic diaries, focus, etc.
• Strategic vision: it is important that you know how to understand the business strategy, to align with it or challenge it when necessary. In that sense, you must manage business concepts and business models.
• It is important that you have knowledge of technology, new trends, technological solutions and the like; as well as familiarity interacting with technology roles, developers, etc.
• Design of value propositions: Finally, it is mandatory that you use insights (quali / quanti) to co-create value propositions that are desirable for the user, viable for the Business and feasible from the technical side. Tools: design and facilitation of ideation / prioritization / nurturing / visioning workshops.
• It is required to have command of English at an intermediate level (spoken and written) because you will interact with stakeholders in this language.
