Service Designer

Do you already know what we, as Advanced Service Designers, do at BCP?

• We design end-to-end services aligned with business and user, integrating research, experimentation, and storytelling to drive strategic decisions.

Our main responsibilities are:

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative research with users, experts, and stakeholders.
• Design and execute experiments to validate the desirability of solutions, including agile and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Plan, facilitate, and analyze business ideation and modeling workshops.
• Create high-impact presentations using storytelling and data storytelling techniques.
• Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis, and meta-analysis exercises, collecting and synthesizing findings from multiple sources (not just your own field).
• Intermediate Excel skills: cross-reference variables, use pivot tables, and perform exploratory data analysis.

You should only apply for this role if…

• You have more than 3 years of experience in Service Design (or, failing that, solid experience in another design discipline).
• You have been involved in end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation.
• You have experience leading or creating projects from scratch, facing challenges that require innovative proposals.
• You have mastered qualitative research aimed at validating ideas, concepts or solutions.
• You have co-created business models using tools such as the Business Model Canvas and you perform benchmarking with a focus on the strategic analysis of companies or startups.
