Service Designer

We are looking for a highly competent Service Designer who is passionate about generating impact from his role.

🏥 Ideal profile

• Graduate or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields.
• Certificate in CEX Experience designs and information analysis. (Desirable)
• Diploma in Project Management. (Desirable)
• Agile, Scrum, Lean (Desirable)
• 2 years experience as UX, Designer, CEX designer, Service Designer
• Experience in the health/insurance sector (Essential)

🏥Main responsibilities

• Design and optimize the information management model at an operational and strategic level, providing support to stakeholders to improve the patient experience.
• Increase patient satisfaction level and improve clinic recommendation
• Generate actionable information from analysis and monitoring of perception, operational and business indicators.
• Generate alerts about the flow of information and deviations from the KPIs and monitor them based on analysis of the process situation and VOC (voice of the customer).
• Ensure consistency and congruence of the patient experience strategy
• Identify journeys, moments and micro-moments at the different touch points and work collaboratively to optimize the experience provided.
