👉🏻What is the ideal profile?

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar professions, Marketing, Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX, Research, Service Designer.
• Specialization in Agile Methodologies (Design Thinking)
• Knowledge in Project Methodology, Customer Journey, Service Blueprint and UX Research

👉🏻What challenges will you face?

• Responsible for carrying out process analysis to understand their needs and behaviors.
• Work closely with the Digital Transformation team to understand business definitions and needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (developers, graphic designers, UX/UI specialists) to iterate on proposed solutions.
• Conduct usability tests with end users to obtain feedback and validate the designed solutions. Adjust and improve prototypes based on the test results.
