👉🏻What is the ideal profile?

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar professions, Marketing, Business Administration (Essential)
• Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst or Service designer (Verified)
• Experience in designing and improving both physical and digital services (Essential)
• Specialization in Agile Methodologies (Design Thinking)
• Knowledge in Agile, Lean, Kanban, Figma
• Having worked on non-digital projects. (Essential)
• Knowledge of the Health Sector

👉🏻What challenges will you face?

• Design and improve physical and digital services, aimed at patients and healthcare personnel, ensuring an optimal user experience at all points of contact with the patient.
• Conduct interviews and surveys with patients, physicians and other stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations and pain points.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and gain insights that inform service design.
• Create Functional Specifications
• Create user journey maps to visualize all the interactions patients have with the healthcare system, from the first consultation to post-treatment follow-up
