Service Designer

Plan, Design and implement new or better experiences, products, services and/or brands that bring value to the organization and end users to achieve sustainability, growth and business transformation

What challenges will you face?

• Establish research objectives
• Choose and design the necessary tools to achieve an effective investigation
• Carry out the necessary qualitative research
• Document the research graphically, written or recorded
• Organize and delve into collected information in order to find actionable opportunities
• Document findings and opportunities found
• Together with the team, propose the best possible solution according to the opportunities found and ground them in the guidelines and detail necessary for the implementation of: new products, new brands, new business models, new channels, etc.
• Give details to the solution and plan the necessary validations
• Plan and execute the activities necessary to implement the proposed solutions with the team.
• Analyze the results obtained
• Organize, lead and execute teamwork dynamics
• Promote and guide the new way of working to ensure transformation

What do we expect from you?

• Complete University Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Marketing and/or related careers.
• Minimum experience of 3 years working as Service Design
• Microsoft Office intermediate – advanced level.
• Intermediate – advanced level English.
• Management of collaborative tools: Miró, Mural, GSuite
• Use of design tools: Adobe, graphic/video editing
• Management of methodologies such as: Human Center Design, Design thinking, agile, storytelling
