Senior Service Designer

At Mibanco, the microfinance bank of the Credicorp Group, we are looking for a passionate, analytical person with big ideas to make an impact on the lives of micro and small entrepreneurs in the country by joining our team as: Senior Service Designer.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out the necessary diagnosis to generate new business opportunities or improve the experience of an existing business.
• Identify tactical and strategic opportunities related to your assignment, creating a memorable value proposition and a consistent end-to-end experience.
• Develop and bring to life deliverables for proposals and services according to the assigned challenge: business problem, target audience profile, diagnosis, insights, design principles, opportunity areas, value proposition, and business model.
• Identify and support opportunities for synergy and efficiency within your assignment, as well as with other areas, systems, or processes of the bank and the Credicorp Group.
• Influence business decision-making based on customer needs, the value proposition, and the business model, through collaboration with multi-functional teams and C-level executives.

What We’re Looking For

• Professionals in Industrial Design, UX Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Service Designer.
• Demonstrable experience in designing user experiences, with a focus on Journeys and Service Blueprints.
• Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research, with PL/SQL management.
• Hands-on experience in Service Design and Behavioral Design.
• Intermediate-level skills in Figma, Miro, Mura, and Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: AI tools, SQL, Maze, Optimal Workshop.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
