We’re looking for a SERVICE DESIGNER to contribute ideas and seize the opportunities we offer at Niubiz to continue driving the country’s development by reinventing the way we do business.
What will your challenge be?
• Develop and optimize end-to-end services by mapping experiences and workflows, aligning end-user needs with internal business processes.
• Conduct research focused on user needs, expectations, and pain points, integrating data from various sources and trends in the payment media market.
• Develop artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, user personas, scenarios, storyboards, and archetypes to represent the user experience, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities through internal and external studies and benchmarking analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create prototypes, lead ideation workshops, conduct usability testing in real-world environments, and ensure the implementation of prioritized initiatives based on impact/effort.

• Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Psychology, Digital Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in:
– Service design / UX
– Design methodologies (Double Diamond, Design Thinking)
– Prototype development and solution testing
– Agile methodologies
– UI design (desirable)
