Requirements:

• Professional graduate, bachelor’s degree or technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Advertising or similar / Essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Service Design applied to digital projects.
• Solid knowledge in User Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in management and optimization of digital content in digital ecosystems.
• Mastery of tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, Google Analytics.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic thinking, leadership and autonomy in decision-making.
