What will be your challenges?

• Identify design opportunities.
• Carry out research, analysis and leadership of requirements, to identify design opportunities in the company and in the market in general.
• Use the information collected to develop user-centered design strategies that address user needs and wants, and implement the study in designated projects.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration: works to foster collaboration between different areas of the company, allowing you to obtain a complete view of the business and work to achieve shared objectives.
• Communicate the company’s design vision in a clear and compelling manner to all levels of the organization to ensure that all team members are aligned and working together to achieve design objectives.

What is the profile we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Management office at the intermediate level.
• Command of English at an intermediate level.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or field.
