Service Designer

Objective:  Design and lead the development of innovative services and experiences that generate value for the client and the business, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the research, conceptualization and implementation of solutions.

Functions:

• Define and lead the research strategy for complex projects with high uncertainty.
• Design experiences based on research results, business voice, benchmark, analysis of service indicators, product and business objectives.
• Define validation and implementation strategies.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of solutions.
• Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders in order to facilitate a human-centered design culture.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders at the highest level of the company.
• Identify, test and develop new design methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in industrial engineering, administration, psychology or related fields.
• Courses related to the design of experiences or products such as: Service Design, UX, UI, CX, Behavioral Design or Human Centered Design (HCD).
• At least 2 years of experience in initiatives applying Human Centered Design (HCD) from any area of ​​preference in companies in the banking, health or insurance sector.
• Knowledge of HCD frameworks.
• Knowledge of research techniques.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Intermediate level of handling of Figma, Mural and/or Miro.
