Senior Service Designer

Job Description and Responsibilities :

The Service Designer must master the Discovery process, as it will be necessary to invest in various types of research to generate clarity and find ways to leverage it in the market. Having good communication will be essential to disseminate research learnings and also to involve people in the discovery process.

Apply and analyze quantitative and qualitative research, map journeys, build and facilitate co-creation workshop and present data to the executive forum.

Model: hybrid 2 to 4 times a month on the client.
