Service Designer

What are we looking for?

In Atlantic City we are a family that always seeks to improve itself to surprise our guest. Our Service Designer participates in the evaluation, design and redesign of processes and services that directly impact our user experience.

What will your day to day be like?

• Investigate through in-depth interviews, surveys, A/B testing, quantitative analysis, workshops, among others to identify needs/insights from our digital clients.
• Define, design and validate the experiences of our clients in the new functionalities/services of our digital business applying tools such as the Customer Journey Map, Prototyping.
• Implement innovation projects to increase adoption and improve the experience of our digital customers.
• Design and manage the metrics related to the digital customer experience: NPS, satisfaction.
• Manage knowledge of the competition and trends in our industry through field exploration of digital media and others.

What do we look for in you?

• Studies in Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Service Design or Innovation (certification not essential)
• Graduated in Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Research experience in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint, Behavioraldesign, service Design)
• Experience developing Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps
