About the job

We are Tsoft Latam, a transnational company that offers IT services to various market sectors and we are currently looking for a Service Designer to take on new challenges and be part of our continuous expansion.

Requirements:

• Graduated from the career of Psychology, Communications, Administration, Marketing and related
• Demonstrated experience of more than 3 years designing services
• Experience in Designing Products, services and experiences ad hoc to market trends
• Experience using agile methodologies is essential
• Knowledge: service design and product desgin, design and facilitation of workshops
• Advanced level storyteller

Functions:

• Research through qualitative methodologies (interviews, focus, etc.)
• Desk research via the internet and other sources
• Analyze data and organize the researched information
• Map casuistry of the different scenarios found in the investigation
• Research and benchmark trends
• Develop resources and design tools customer journey maps, blueprints, service patterns.
