Service Designer

In Atlantic City we are a family that always seeks to improve itself to surprise our guest. Here, as a Service Designer, you will design and optimize the interaction processes, through the use of various tools and integrating the components (collaborator, systems and processes), in order to guarantee improvements in the collaborator’s experience and facilitating the development of their work.

How will your day to day be?

– You will design new user-centered processes using tools for service design (such as blueprint, among others), identifying pain points and existing risks during the experience, in order to detect improvement opportunities and define action plans to achieve omnichannel both in our digital and face-to-face product.

– You will identify, propose and execute contingency plans for the risks identified during the service, coordinating with the areas involved, so that it is not interrupted and therefore affects the experience.

– You will carry out a constant monitoring of the designed processes, by reviewing the indicators and/or various design tools, in order to ensure the improvement in the work of the collaborators to achieve the satisfaction of the guest.

– You will link the various components of the business (collaborators, systems and processes) that are directly related to the guest’s points of contact.

What are we looking for in you?

– Higher studies culminated in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related careers.

– Desirable experience of 2 years in a similar position.

– Management of Excel at intermediate level.

– Knowledge of agile methodologies, research methods and process analysis.
