Service Designer

What are we looking for?

In Atlantic City we are a family that always seeks to improve to surprise our guest. As a Service Designer, you will be in charge of participating in the analysis and proposing improvements to the complete flow of user experience in new projects.

What will your day to day be like?

– You will analyze the flow of experience of our users.

– You will propose resources and tools: service patterns, customer journey maps, etc.

– You will direct the design of the correct route for the execution of projects at a transformational level of services.

What do we look for in you?

– Minimum experience of 2 years as Service Designer or related positions.

– Experience in research in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research) and preferably in corporate processes of digital transformation.

– Experience developing Customer Journey Maps.
