What are we looking for?
In Atlantic City we are a family that always seeks to improve to surprise our guest. As a Service Designer, you will be in charge of participating in the analysis and proposing improvements to the complete flow of user experience in new projects.
How will your day to day be?
- Analysis of the flow of experience of our users
- Propose resources and tools: service patterns, customer journey maps, etc.
- Direct the design of the correct route for the execution of projects at a transformational level of services
What do we look for in you?
- Minimum 2 years experience required for the job
- Research experience in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research)
- Experience developing Customer Journey Maps
- Experience implementing strategic design and digitization processes
