Service Designer

At Pacífico Seguros, he will be in charge of:

• Explore new segments, ecosystems to identify business opportunities for Pacific.

• Lead internal and external co-creation spaces to conceptualize potential solutions.

• Generate solutions, test them and iterate them constantly through experimentation and hypothesis generation processes.

• Prepare pilots and evaluate the performance of the solutions designed to validate their desirability and viability.

• Present and convince with support and achievements to management, stakeholders, board of directors, the efforts generated in each project.

 REQUIREMENTS

• You have an outstanding background in Product and / or Service Design through your studies or your work experience.

• You enjoy crossing the boundaries between disciplines, learning from others, and nourishing yourself with new information.

• You have experience in field work, in different environments and working with different types of user.

• You are proficient in at least one of the following qualitative techniques: participant observation, in-depth interviews, focus groups, usage diaries, shadowing, co-creation, etc.

• In addition, you have experience using quantitative research techniques (face-to-face, virtual surveys, questionnaires, etc.).

• You are expected to have at least 6 – 8 years of work experience in projects related to product development focused on innovation.

• Desirable but not essential:

  o Management of programs such as Sketch, InVision, Marvel, Zeplin, Craft, Adobe package.

  o Familiar with the design and prototype for mobile, desktop and responsive web.

  o Design of interfaces, fonts, colors, etc.

  o Knowledge of Scrum and / or Agility.
