Service Designer

Design the service strategy adapted to the client’s needs, based on research processes, knowledge of the client and generation of efficiencies.

What will you take care of?

• Support multifunctional teams in the design and development of solutions and services that meet customer needs, to achieve a positive impact on efficiency, satisfaction and brand recommendation.
• Conduct user research that helps us understand our clients’ needs, expectations and motivations (Interviews, surveys, focus group)
• Analyze and synthesize conclusions and insights to generate proposals.
• Update the information of our segments (user-person and empathy map).
• Transform research findings into the design of a multi-channel experience where all customer contact points with the brand are considered (web, app, chatbot, back office service flow, call and agency service protocols, etc. ).

What do we need from you?

• Minimum of 2 years experience designing transversal and multichannel experiences under the role of Service Designer.
• Experience raising processes and / or service blueprint (essential).
• Experience conducting user investigation processes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative environments.
• Experience conducting user investigation processes.
• Have technical or higher studies of at least 3 years duration, completed or in progress.
• Careers related to: Psychology, Product Designer, Graphic Designer, Interaction Designer and / or related.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, such as: Service Design, Design Thinking, Research Design, etc.
• Knowledge in the operation and roles of agile methodologies.
• Knowledge in the concept of DesignOps.
• Desirable knowledge of English at an intermediate level.
• Desirable knowledge in Lean UX and Atomic Research.
