Functions:

1. Direct research around the different users of Pacasmayo, verifying that this is the main axis, to guarantee that the projects conceived increase their satisfaction.

2. Work with the different business and technology areas in an interdisciplinary manner, in order to design and build solutions that increase user satisfaction.

3. Guarantee a satisfactory customer experience and fulfillment of business objectives.

4. Investigate and develop new methodologies and techniques, analyzing new trends and success stories, to continuously improve the process of designing innovation solutions.

5. Develop the necessary validation cycles (Sprints), organizing user interviews and defining the methodologies to be used, to guarantee the construction of the different minimum viable products (MVP).

6. Share innovation methodologies with the organization through workshops, competitions, communications, etc., in order to ensure that the company’s solutions are built around the user.
