Service Designer

What is the rockstar we are looking for like?

• Graduate/Bachelor of Psychology, Architecture, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and/or other related fields.
• Course/Diploma in Service Design, UX, CX or Human Centered Design.
• Thorough management of Design Thinking.
• Experience facilitating ideation workshops.
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Service Designer and CX positions.
• Extensive experience in research is essential.
• Availability to work 1 or 2 times a week in Surquillo, to facilitate in-house ideation workshops.

What will be our challenges?

• Analyze and design experiences that are memorable for customers for each of the products.
• Design and execute research projects with the purpose of finding insights that are the input for the design of products and experiences.
• Master and apply design tools and methodologies such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, etc., to map processes, design prototypes and iterate the experiences required by each area or internal client.
• Facilitation, creation of workshops and downloading of information based on Design thinking,
• Develop and create knowledge about consumer behavior that contributes to organizational learning.
• Present and share the results with the rest of the organization to ensure that the knowledge generated is socialized.
