Service Designer

What is the team member we are looking for like?

• 3 years + experience as a Service Designer, UX Research and/or Product Designer.
• If you have experience in Innovation Areas / Market Research (qualitative focus and experience in solution design) Senior Project Analyst (journeys) / Having carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis / Design or innovation Consultant / CX Customer Experience. Design of products and/or services (physical or digital product) / Leader of Innovation Projects / Labs or Innovation areas.
• Availability to work for 3 months in a hybrid manner in the offices of our Banking client 2 times a week.

What will be your challenges?

• Analyze, collect and interpret information to establish a diagnosis that allows the construction of action plans focused on the client and backstage users.
• Pose and suggest the appropriate tools and methodologies for each project (customer journey maps, blueprints, flowcharts, use cases, concept tests, contingency design, etc.)
• Moderate and facilitate workshops on co-creation of solutions for initiatives with different types of stakeholders.
• Test and validate solution proposals with the client or end user through the most relevant tools and methods.
• Present and communicate findings for decision-making by project sponsors.
