Service Designer Jr.

What is the rockstar we are looking for?

• 6 months of experience.
• Degree in service design, industrial design, interaction design, UX/UI design or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in service design, preferably across multiple sectors. Experience in creating service blueprints and improving existing processes.
• Interest in service design with experience using service design methods.
• Availability to work on a project for 4 months.

What will be your challenges?

• Mastery of the appropriate tools and methodologies for each project (customer journey maps, blueprints, flowcharts, use cases, concept tests, contingency design, etc.)
• Experience in using frameworks such as: Customer Experience.
• Knowledge of design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, identify problems and opportunities for improvement in existing services.
• Experience in project management, from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation.
