Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Service Designer.
• Practical experience in mapping experiences and creating service prototypes to illustrate and validate solutions (Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, Storyboards, Role Play, among others).
• Advanced knowledge of Service Design methodologies, including Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Ecosystems.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to synthesize actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end (omnichannel) journeys.
• Connect channels, processes, and people.
• Identify service breakdowns.
• Optimize backstage and operations.
• Establish service standards.
• Align experience with business goals.
