Service Designer

As a Service Designer at Tuncarp, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and service design across our portfolio. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, from evaluative research and conceptual design to creating prototypes and conducting user testing.

Your goal is to create services that not only meet users’ needs but also deliver delightful and meaningful experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, applying a human-centered design approach to innovate and refine our services.

You will:

· Conduct comprehensive evaluative research to understand user needs and behaviours.

· Develop and refine service concepts that address user needs and business goals.

· Design and test prototypes, iterating based on feedback to ensure optimal user experience.

· Map out entire service ecosystems, identifying touchpoints and designing interactions.

· Create detailed service blueprints and journey maps to guide the design and implementation process.

· Collaborate with UX & UI designers, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to design.

· Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align on service objectives and outcomes.

· Engage with the wider design community, leading events and discussions on service design excellence.

Requirements

· Strong background in designing complex services for both web and mobile applications.

· Skilled in using service design tools and methods, such as journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing.

· Proficiency in using design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and lead collaborative workshops.

· A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, eager to take on new challenges and lead by example.
