Service Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Service Designer with a minimum of three years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a Service Designer at Cocoon Experience, you will work collaboratively to design and optimize service experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform service design strategies.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to engage clients and users in the design process.
• Continuously iterate and refine service designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in service design.
• A continuous will to learn and refresh knowledge.
• Experience creating journey maps, personas, service blueprints, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions to engage clients and users in the design process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Slack, Figma, Miro, Affinity, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
