Service Designer

And we are currently looking for a Service Designer

You will be in charge of:

• Mapping of an actual customer journey
• Roadmap the future user experience
• Work in collaboration with the stakeholders
• Animate workshop and interviews
• Create service designs
• Share the Best practices to guide the decision-making process

We will ask you to be proactive and to participate in the technological choice, all this in Agile environment!

You are our perfect Talent if :

• You have a proven experience as Service Designer in an Agile environment
• Experience to design methodologies for gathering user data, interpreting, and translating them into solutions
• Familiar with current wire-framing, design, and prototyping tools: InVision, Figma, Sketch
• Strong communications skills and design thinking
• Fluent in English
