Service Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Love thinking about and improving Digital Products? Do you want to solve usability challenges and build interfaces that will impact lives of users all over the world?

We are looking for a mid-senior Service Designer to come join us. The scope of work covers evolving existing and building new digital products in various industries, such as finance, energy, retail or telecom.

You will be working side by side with PMs, Service Designers, Motion Designers, Software Engineers and other Product Designers in a very friendly and informal but fast passed and dynamic environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience (>3 years) in designing complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints projects.
• Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the businesses we are solving problems for;
• Interest in participating in UX Research processes and co-design workshops;
• Ability to create UX flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes;
• Comfortable developing UIs (from scratch or following a design system/styleguide);
• Able to think in terms of Design Systems;
• Comfortable using Sketch or Figma, Invision and Zeplin;
• Ability to present and defend proposals with team members and work with different project teams, as well as the client;
• Experience working within the financial sector is a plus;
• Passionate about technology;
• Strong skills in time management, autonomy and a goal oriented mindset;
• Advanced written and spoken English.
