Service Designer

Requirements:

1. Minimum academic qualification in Design Degree or equivalent, preferentially valuing the development of academic works on the scope of innovation and / or Public Administration;
2. Active participation in designer and / or innovation activities, giving preference to experience in experimentation projects within the scope of (re) design of public services;
3. Experience and knowledge in organizing co-creation activities, either in person or online, preferably involving citizens and / or companies, public sector organizations, and / or civil society organizations;
4. Possession of skills and demonstration of experience in tasks of obtaining and processing research data, preferably including the application of research instruments (quantitative and qualitative) and the use of specialized tools for data analysis and visualization (databases, dashboards , etc.);
5. Possession of critical spirit, capacity for initiative, high responsibility and autonomy in planning and conducting projects.
