Service Designer

Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate initiatives, ensuring the quality of work throughout the process and ensuring the implementation of the defined strategy;
– Perform qualitative research activities, analyze data, identify patterns of behavior and define experience journeys , personas , blueprint and other methods;
– Lead and act as a facilitator of discovery, idealization, prototyping and testing activities, including co-creation workshops;
– Support the prototype development phase, the respective experimentation and the incorporation of feedback in the solution / product;
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, in an agile perspective, to accompany the product delivery and launch process;
– Contribute to the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities;
– Guide and train more junior elements in the team context;
– Safeguard the application of good experience and design practices .

Necessary requirements:
– Academic background in the areas of Economics, Management or Engineering and Industrial Management and / or with specialization in marketing (preferred factor);
– Solid knowledge and experience in the Service Design area ;
– Minimum experience of 5 years in managing multidisciplinary teams;
– Motivation and flexibility for solving complex challenges and creating holistic, detailed and human-centered solutions;
– Ability to act in multidisciplinary teams and motivation to work simultaneously on various initiatives and challenges, fulfilling deadlines ;
– Ability to develop presentations (or other documentation) visually appealing, structured and with attention to detail;
– Interest in knowledge domains such as digital innovation, new technologies, communication;
– Experience in dynamic methodologies, such as design thinking , lean and agile ;
– Solid knowledge of spoken and written English.
