Lead Service Designer

As a Service Design Lead at Airbnb, you’ll…

• Understand customer needs based on quantitative and qualitative insights
• Initiate and/or influence the design of exceptional service experiences
• Bring cross-functional partners into the design process through co-design
• Support organizational change mandate to establish and scale service design

Candidates should have 5+ years of professional Service Design experience (agency or in-house) and a portfolio that demonstrates how they bring cross-functional stakeholders together to tackle complex design challenges and create impact for customers.

This is a remote role based in North America with an anticipated 1-year commitment. Contractors at Airbnb have access to health care benefit plans.
