What requirements do we look for?

· 4 years of experience as Service Designer

Extensive experience conducting research with end users and stakeholders

· Verifiable knowledge of outputs such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Empathy maps, Customer Journeys

· Verifiable ability to generate rapid prototypes (from paper to the use of digital tools)

· Synthesis capacity

Work zone: 100% remote
