We are seeking a Service Designer to join our growing, multi-disciplinary Design team of Service, UX, and Communications Designers.

Collaborate with colleagues from clinical care, finance, operations, product, revenue cycle, technology, and company leadership to create sustainable processes.
  • Approach: Rapidly produce concepts, workflows, and prototypes while understanding when deeper exploration is warranted or when to try another approach. Shift between big-picture and detail-oriented thinking.
  • Remote Work Culture: Maintain balance between working independently and collaboratively. Take the initiative but remember that your teammates are only a click away.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional service design experience
  • Make sure to provide a link to your Portfolio on your resume
  • Expertise in design thinking, systems thinking
  • Experience employing a range of design tools and methodologies
  • Fluency in quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Fluency in verbal, visual communication (Adobe, Miro, Powerpoint – we’re not picky on which specific tool as long as you can visualize it!)
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working alongside other design competencies, technology, operations, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous work environments
  • Passionate about Talkiatry’s mission to advance the practice of psychiatry for patients and providers alike
  • Background in health care industry is a plus, not a requirement
